Was greeted with warm welcome from Caroline at reception who introduced me to Stuart from Sales and Stuart showed me to the area where cars I was interested in and left me to browse without any pressure, once I seen a car I was interested in Stuart arranged a test drive and explained the working of interior, once the test drive was finished Stuart then discussed details and got the car I was trading in valued and discussed the deal with me, Once this was completed Stuart then discussed the deals on offer and when once I was happy Stuart got all the relevant paperwork done and arranged for the handover which was arranged for the following day, I went back the following day again warm welcome from Caroline at reception and Caroline introduced me to Joy who was dealing with the handover, Joy explained out all the information about paperwork and once this was completed the handover was completed without any hassle and no pressure either
