I was initially disappointed with the car purchasing experience I had with CarStore. However, their quick response prooved that this is a company values customers' opinions.
Though I was pushed to get the car in Nov, the car was not serviced when the car was delivered, the car service was quickly arranged and their customer service has tried their best to make customers happy. The car mat was not in the car when it was delivered as promised. They did put the mat to the car after service though the quality was not very good.
