Our sales person Nathan was a 5 out of 5, great attitude very relaxed environment and no hard sales, he let vehicle talk for itself & really listened to our requirements. All very relaxed and professional. Would highly recommend friends visit the store as good variety of vehicles Vehicle handover was dealt with in sameFantastic way by Jody. Unfortunately same can’t be said of the vehicle checks, we drove 45 minutes home, stopped for 10 mins to grab a takeaway and when we got back into the car it wouldn’t start! 2.5 hrs later RAC confirmed it was a flat battery, we then had to take car back into Glasgow store - 1.5 hour round trip and 2 hour wait it was fixed, however after sales appears to have no people skills whatsoever particularly given we had gone out of our way to bring car back in with an issue that should have been picked up before we collected our new car. My husband was effectively ignored for 2 hours despite sitting and pacing outside Keith’s office,all left a sour taste and lost confidence in the car - total opposite of what our after sales experience should have been.
