We were advised to arrive early to pick up new car as trade-in had not been viewed, we arrived at 12.15, new car pick up time was 1pm, I completed the relevant paperwork then waited for about 20 mins to then be to at 1.15 that the car was not ready and would be another 30 mins. We were to visit my father-in-law in hospital at 2pm which we were then late for.
