Excellent sales advisor who went the extra mile. First time I have used this company and was disappointed that there was a delay in receiving the car due to the set up of a 'hand over team'. Who incidentally, never got in touch or replied to an email I forwarded. The sales advisor actually ended up delivering the car to my workplace himself...otherwise I may have had to wait another day, 10/10 Ross. Why there is a need for a hand over team is beyond me. Personally I prefer the person who sells me the car to hand it over to me. After all they are the ones doing all the hard work. Overall very happy with information, advice and support given to me by Ross. And very happy with my purchase too!
