Our initial contact at Car Store was with Sales executive Ross Spriggs. He was very polite and helpful in helping us choose the car we were looking for. He is a credit to both himself and Car Store. We had been told the car had been serviced but the car service book had not been stamped. Also we were told the car would be valeted but on handover the two front seats were still very wet as it had just been done prior to handover and it was clear the back seat had not been touched. I have since had a malfunction of the Tyre Pressure Monitor System, not what you expect after 4 days . I am a bit disappointed to say the least.
