Although I didn't get the car deal I originally came in for I did end up with a good deal. The offer shown on the website and signs in the showroom was unavailable as none of these cars were left. This has affected my rating down from a 5. Lisa found me a car just in which met all my requirements and after a quick test drive it was an easy sale. When I purchased the car I was not given a print out if the prep standards but this has now been rectified and I have been sent them electronically - for this reason I am happy to change my answer to yes I have received them.
