Lisa was very welcoming and relaxed in her role, she took time to get to know me and my preferences of vehicle. After showing me around I was given the opportunity to take my time to make a decision. The process was quick easy and Lisa made it that extra special making sure I was topped up with coffee. Her workmate Jenna also took the time to chat to me about the car and again was very helpful. Both girls are an asset to the car store and on my return to collect the car again took time to chat away remembering how I take my coffee ( great touch ). Overall a fantastic level of service from the team.
