We returned to Peter Vardy after a couple of months buying our first car from them. The car gave us nothing but problems, and we initially had to struggle to get anyone to help us or even acknowledge there was a problem. Eventually George contacted us and did everything he could to help us resolve the problem. We ended up having to get a new car as the problems in the old one just couldn’t be rectified. George set us up an appointment with James and Michael in sales, and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We now have our new car and love it! Despite having a dreadful initial impression with Peter Vardy, they have redeemed themselves. We have given them 4 stars to account for the initial problems, but were very happy with the new car - from service to collection and beyond. Thank you.
