The reception was very welcoming, when introduced to Kelly who was extremely pleasant, who directed me to the correct section of the car store for the type of vehicle I was looking for, there wasn’t anything I liked so Kelly helped us find what we were looking for online from the Dundee store and had it bought over to test drive before we agreed to purchase, we actually shopped about for a week before coming back and viewed similar vehicles elsewhere but came back due to the friendly, professional and knowledgeable service i received from Kelly who put me at ease as this was my first car purchase myself, she explained the finance options in an understandable way, which for some reasons other garage sales reps find difficult to do, all in all I was pleased with my car store experience an would recommend it to anyone.
