I had a great experience at Peter Vardy CarStore Glasgow because the customer service I received from Graham when I first visited to purchase my car was fantastic. He was very friendly and spent a lot of time with me explaining all my options without being a pushy salesman. He put me ease when buying my first car which was greatly appreciated. On the evening I collected my car everything went very smoothly and I was shown how to operate the controls on the car and happily left the building. Unfortunately however, we had a slight disaster. My parents somehow managed to lock their keys and our dog inside of their own car and had no way of getting in!! This is where Jamie and the rest of the team stepped in to save the day! I had a two hour round trip to collect the spare keys (in my lovely new car!!) during this time Jamie allowed my Dad to stay with him in the now closed carstore to save him waiting him outside in the rain whilst waiting for me to return. We really can’t thank Jamie and his team at the CarStore Glasgow enough for all their help and support. I will recommend you to friends and family!
