After buying my car and paying in full I reported a missing item from the car. This was in November days after taking delivery. This is now the end of January and still I have not had the missing item supplied. I also discovered that the car horn did not work and again after reporting this I have received no information about what can be done about this. In short the customer service from this company is nothing short of disgraceful and I will in no way ever purchase a vehicle from them again. I had hoped to get my future servicing carried out but that will not happen.
I will be taking this complaint higher and I expect a full explanation as to why it seems as soon as you leave the showroom you are in fact forgotten and hopefully you will just disappear and say no more.
I don’t expect MR Vardy would be too happy to learn of this.
