I found my perfect car online and used the Chatbot to make an appointment. I was then called by a wonderful young man called Reece who confirmed my appointment and sent me a video of the car introducing himself. On arrival at the store Reece had arranged a test drive during which he fully explained the workings of the vehicle. I was very happy with it so I signed up to buy it that day. The new car was then ready in just a few days. Lia was very helpful with the transfer when I traded in my own car and collected the new one. After I'd had the car for a few days Reece called me to ask how everything was. I have to say I've owned more than a few cars and have never had this level of customer service before! Congratulations for treating your customers this way. I'll certainly be recommending Peter Vardy to my friends and family and will see you again for my next car! From a very happy customer :-)
