I was happy with the service provided to me by both Alan (salesman) and Sharon (Handover). They seemed very natural, something that you don’t normally sense when walking into a dealership where they give you the “wheeler dealer” act. Both were very welcomIng and very helpful with any queries I had throughout the process. The only reason I am giving a 4 and not a 5 is due to some unexpected issues that occurred with payments being verified as they had not been processed and Sharon wasn’t aware that the car had been paid in full prior to picking it up. However, she was very attentive and vigilant in checking and verifying that it had, which I am grateful for. The car was prepared to a very high standard, however we have recently discovered a fault with the windscreen washer (driver side). As I am unsure if this is something covered in “Our preparation standards” I have selected “No” for this, however if it does not count towards this, then the answer would be yes. No one has contacted me since I’ve took delivery of my vehicle, but Alan had said on the day of collection he would attempt to phone at some point the following week (this week). All in all, I have had a great experience with Peter Vardy CarStore, and hopefully I will be back when the time comes in future!
