The overall experience was much better than I have experienced with other car dealers, although not perfect the experience was less pushy and didn't put me under any pressure. also the Glasgow carstore was very well organised and was organised into groups of cars that suited me and made it much easier to find what I wanted. Shannon the handover specialist was great and made may pickup experience clean and easy, Chris Mitchell the sales advisor was great and helped me to find the car I was looking for. The only gripe I would have is that the car I received VW Golf R-line has one odd tyre to the rest which I didn't notice till I arrived home.
