The sales guy George was great however fetching the car i Was advised to come at 11-00 on Tuesday, although I emailed on monday to confirm the car was not ready they were not aware that I was collecting at all. Instead of telling me this they left me waiting well over an hour eventually after an hour and a half of me complaining I eventually had someone come help me. Left close to two hours after appointment. Was very disappointing as the sales team were great. Would have rather been told it was not ready and would have came back another day.
