I can honestly say that my experience with Peter Vardy Carstore was excellent, I dealt with a young man called Ryan Porterfield who was polite and courteous throughout the whole process, I originally ordered a car which when Ryan and the preparation team looked at it they felt it did not meet the standards required and notified me immediately, whilst I was disappointed, Ryan fully explained the reasoning behind the decision and I was made to feel that they were putting my interests first. after explaining what I was looking for Ryan asked me to leave it with him whilst he made some enquiry’s, and boy am I glad I did. He located exactly what I was looking for, Throughout the whole process Ryan and the team have been totally honest and professional, explaining everything in great detail and responding very quickly if I had a question or query, this has resulted in me obtaining the exact car I was after, which was delivered exactly when he said it would be, and the car was immaculate inside and outside and I’m loving every minute of driving it. Even on delivery Ryan was lovely and seemed so pleased for me, he was a total delight from beginning to end.
