Changed our car during the COVID period and was very impressed with the health and safety standards that were in place that made us very comfortable. Our sales rep, Connor was very helpful and arranged a test drive and the vehicle was suitably fuelled to ensure a proper test. We decided to buy and had a car to exchange and we received a good trade in price. As it was near the end of the month there was a bit of a rush following hand over to the dispatching team and we had to chase up the service book that was missing only to find the car had not been serviced. Once the issue was handed back to Connor he got this sorted very quickly and booked in just over a week after picking it up; if it hadn’t been a month end I don’t think this oversight would have happened. All in all I found the experience very good.
