On the whole my experience at Peter Vardy Glasgow was a positive one. We were offered tea/coffee almost immediately then shown to the area of the showroom where our preferred type of vehicle was on display. Every effort was made to find a car within the stock which was good.
The only negative was that there seemed to be some miscommunication regarding my personal number plate. Each side thought the other was arranging its removal. Clearer verbal instructions would have been good. As a result it took almost a fortnight to pick up my car.
