Overall excellent customer service from the front desk to Craig Dick our Salesman. Only disappointing thing is we did not receive any communication about finance and when we could collect our car. We were told we could. Craig got involved over a week later and we then received a call stating that we had received an E-Mail and we needed to sign off. We did not receive this E-Mail and also checked spam. The attitude of the caller made it feel to us, it was our fault and had to come in to sign the paperwork as this could not be sent again.
