I can honestly say, Craig Dick the salesman who sold me my car was awesome. I saw a car online, then went to the Peter Vardy site to test drive the car, I was extremely impressed by the Nissan Juke performance and wanted to purchase the vehicle that day. Unfortunately the car was purchased online during my visit to the showroom. Craig advised me not to worry, he would source me the exact same car, mileage, price range and spec and he did that and more - as the original car was grey, Craig managed to source my preferable colour of a black Nisan Juke. When I received the car, I felt it was not up to standard as there was a lot of scratches on the car. Also, the SD card was missing and I only received 1 car key. Craig advised that he would prefer to keep the car to get the issues resolved or after sales could book the car in the next week to resolve the issues. I opted to take the car, as my insurance for my previous car had transferred over to the new car. I’ve got to say the After Sales service did not reflect the high standard of service that Craig Dick in the sales team offered. It took 6 weeks to get my car booked in for the scratches to be fixed. Also, my spare car key was sent to the wrong address, someone else at the other end of my street, that I didn’t know. I had to phone twice, a week apart to get an update on the situation, advising your after care team that I was extremely concerned my second key was out there and my car was at risk of being stolen. I was promised call backs and updates to the whereabouts of my key, I never received a call back from your after care team. After waiting another week for a call back, I went to site to be advised that After Sales were just about to phone me. Going by your previous service, I feel this was not the case and I was only advised this as I had took the time to visit your store to complain and to cover up the continual lack of support your after care team provided. Luckily onsite I bumped into Craig Dick who again was brilliant, he advised that instead of waiting to find out what happened to the original spare key a new key should be ordered which would cancel out the first key. I then received my new spare key within 2 days. Craig, also provided his support over my concerns in regards to the scratches on the car. He advised me to text him and when I delivered the car he would personally check all scratches with me, to ensure every scratch was fixed. He again took the time to personally check over the car with me, before it was returned to ensure I was happy with the overall vehicle condition. It has took 8 weeks for the car to be delivered to me in the condition I should have received the car in the first place. I’m extremely happy with the standard of the car now. I must reiterate this should have been the case first time round. Again, I would like to say a massive thank you to Craig Dick, who took on the role as super salesman and carried your After Sales team, as they are consistently letting your company down with the customer service they deliver. – My 5 stars review is a reflection of the excellent work undertaken by Craig Dick. If my review was based on the After Care team , I would be scoring this a one star.
