The sales service with Jamie couldn't be faulted. However when I went to collect my vehicle with 2 excited kids, we had to leave it as there was fame on the paintwork which had already been pointed out at the point of sale. The workshop repaired this ready for collection the next day, so I think the key here is COMMUNICATION.
