I asked for a refund or replacement for a broken candle I received in the mail on October 23. I sent two emails with a picture of the broken candle. To date, I have received NO confirmation of having received my email asking for a replacement or a refund. I would appreciate acknowledgement from Carter & Co that my merchandise arrived broken. Please respond to the two emails from lstapleton724@gmail. I love the products but because of this lack of follow-up customer care I cannot give a good review.
