Criminal enterprise. They steal all refund from the car hire companies if you need to return the car earlier than booking says. I got confirmed that the refund was paid out to them but they reguse and say it is in their T&C. This info is not included in the booking or on their sites - only found under their FAQ ... if you look well as it is well hidden.
Always book directly with the rental company, avoid scammers like Cartrawler!
