I ordered a compatie laser cartridge from for my printer this company for just over £29. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong cartridge which was my mistake but when I opened the package the contact points were poorly done (I have photos) When I phone the company they refused to accept return with refund as I had opened the package (I would never have seen the poor workmanship without opening) and they offered a 10% discount on the next order! I lost faith with this company and went to Cartridge People and they provided absolutely excellent service. I strongly advise thinking twice before using this company!
