My little over two year old cart stopped working during a round, I found that one of the pins on the battery port had burnt. I contacted cart tek service to order a new port, Service rep Mark Mullen diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me that I needed an additional part that had caused the burnt pin. He noted that I was just out of warranty but gave me the parts at half price ( I thought more than fair) The parts arrived in two days with instructions on how to replace. Awesome customer service!
