I purchased the GRi-1500LTD V2 a couple years ago and it has been fantastic. Not the cheapest power cart out there, but I have yet to see another as well-built and nicely designed. There is virtually no plastic on this thing. The frame and hardware are super high quality and durable. The controller and motors work very well. Everything about this cart is elegant, functional and durable. Equally important is the stellar customer service......calls are always promptly answered by knowledgeable and helpful U.S.-based representatives who go out of their way to assist and keep you operational. It's also easy to get spare parts when needed. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.
