I sent a battery in to be tested to see if I need to purchase a new one and have not heard a thing back from cart tek. This was over a month ago. I tried reaching out via the website and was told someone would help me out in the next 5 minutes. I finally gave up after 20 minutes. I'm just in limbo here. Please let me know if I need to buy a new battery or do i need to check and see if there is something wrong with the actual cart. so far my review would be less than flattering.
