The machine is well designed however the gear/motor has a weak point. It contains some small plastic gears that shear off when overloaded and can not be replaced. A couple dollars worth of gears would fix the problem but instead it costs $220 for each replacement motor.
On the positive side the service people were very helpful and had the part shipped quickly.
