I use my cart 4-5 days a week throughout the golf season and value its convenience and reliability, knowing that excellent support is a phone call away. When the motor controller died on my old cart recently, a quick conversation with a technician diagnosed the problem, providing me with a repair estimate. Cart Tek sent a box and return mailing label the same day as my call. Once I returned the cart, it was repaired and returned to me within a few days, and for less than the original cost estimate, and a fraction of the cost of a new cart.
