- über Casamundo ein Ferienhaus in Deutschland gebucht
- dann kamen die Corona-Einschränkungen
- haben unsere Zahlung zurückgefordert, weil wir das Haus gar nicht nutzen durften
- das Geld wird mit unterschiedlichen Ausreden nicht erstattet, so dass der Anwalt eingeschaltet wurde
