Als buchungsdatum hatte ich 2021 eingegeben. Automatisch weitergeleitet wurde ich auf das gleiche Datum 2022. da bis zur Buchungsbestätigung nur Tag u Monat, nicht aber das Jahr angezeigt wurde, habe ich es erst bei der Buchungsbestätigung gemerkt u gleich eine Mail mit den stornoabsichten hinterher geschickt. Auf die Buchung habe ich gefühlt bereits 100 Reaktionen bekommen, auf die Stornomail keine einzige Reaktion.
