Überhaupt nicht ! Ich hatte eine Zusatzversicherung für eine Stornierung gebucht und habe innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Buchung schriftlich 2 x storniert und 1x nachgefragt mit der Bitte um Bestätigung! Auch telefonisch befinde ich mich seit Tagen in Endloswarteschleifen!!! Aber die Bestätigung bei meiner Buchung war innerhalb von 5 Minuten da . Das ist nicht kundenfreundlich und ich werde nicht mehr bei Casamundo buchen !
