1. Viel zu lange Wartezeit am Telefon! Erst nach 10 min die Möglichkeit einen Rückruf auszuwählen.
2. Von einer Telefonhotline erwartet der Kunde das der Berater fließend deutsch spricht und auch (sehr wichtig!) versteht (also auch Inhaltlich!). Da gibt es leider .... im Gegensatz zu früher (schauen sie nach-ich bin schon einige Jahre bei ihnen Kunde) .... leider bei einigen ihrer Mitarbeiter Verbesserungsbedarf.
