Am 23.06.21 haben wir unsere Unterkunft über casamundo in Kroatien gebucht und uns auf den Urlaub gefreut. Am 03.07.21 kam dann plötzlich die Absage/Stornierung seitens des Veranstalters. Traurig und unprofessionell, dass man 11 Tage benötigt, um festzustellen, dass die Unterkunft doch nicht mehr verfügbar ist und den Kunden dann erst informiert. Wie soll man da in der Hochsaison noch eine gleichwertige und bezahlbare Unterkunft finden? Von so einem renommierten und erfahrenem Veranstalter hätten wir mehr Professionalität und Schnelligkeit erwartet.
