Uns hat sehr verwirrt, dass beim Buchen der Unterkunft plötzlich AGB von Booking.com Grundlage der Buchung war. Die Erläuterungen waren leider nicht besonders Kundenfreundlich und einfach verständlich formuliert. Das geht besser. Den zweiten Stern Abzug gibt es für nicht ausreichend detaillierte Informationen zum Objekt. Z.B. hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass Infos zu Stromkosten genannt werden, ob inklusive oder vor Ort extra zu bezahlen sind.
Das Objekt bewerten wir nach Abreise.
