Die Buchung und Zahlung ist umständlich warum gibt es keine Alternativen zur Bezahlung wie Paypal?
Die Zahlung erfolgt an 2 verschiedene Adressen, nicht Vorteil für Kunden, am Folgejahren kam noch eine Mail mit weiteren Fragebogen warum kann man das nicht auf einmal machen insbesondere da u.a. die selben bereits bekannten Fragen dort ausgefüllt werden soll,dieses weitere Formular ist Online nicht ausfüllbar ...alles umständlich
