Unklare Nebenkosten wurden erst nach der Buchung klar. Der Versuch, Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorzubestellen endete mit einer besorgniserregenden zweiten Rechnung für das gebuchte Objekt. Eine klarere Führung wäre wünschenswert.
