Bought the iPhone 15 Pro case. The button on the right side of the phone didn't work with the case. I filmed a video showing how it didn't work and that I'd fiddled with the button to try to get it to work several times on 9/22. Customer service responded and asked me to take the button out. I responded that day and said I had and it didn't work. The customer service rep then told me my case was on hold. I replied on 9/25 asking to just return the product (but was receiving a IP Error with Cloudflare that wouldn't let me). The customer service rep told me to wait because my order was on hold. I heard back on 9/26 saying that they'd be send me a new button. At this point, I was so fed up and had ordered a new case in the meantime, that I just wanted to be done with it and went ahead and returned. I'm out the $7 I paid for shipping and will not be ordering from Case Mate again.
