Terrible customer service. First of all - reading other reviews, I realize I had the same experience with a case I had ordered from them previously in which the back seperated from the sides. I thought mine may have just been wear and tear, but upon seeing these reviews, it's obvious it's a fault with their product. Wish I had read these reviews a six weeks ago because stupidly, I ordered another case from them for a new phone. I ended up getting a different model and tried to exchange the one I received. Followed their return/exchange policy on their site - sent it back with tracking and notified them with the tracking number. Was told once they got that info, they would arrange for the exhange. I also tracked my package to them and saw they recived it 4 days after I sent it. That was two weeks ago and I've not gotten my exchange. Instead, I get multiple emails a day saying my order has shipped, when in reality, when I check the tracking number on the USPS site, I get the same message "Shipping label created, USPS awaiting product." Yesterday, asked to cancel the order and refund my money and they said they can't because the product may already be in transit? Sent them proof it wasn't. Have now asked them six times to cancel my order/refund my money and they still won't even though nothing has changed on the shipping end. Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they are now taking it up with them.
