I listed my old laptop as being in 'good' condition and took photos of it before it was collected! I really expected to be told that it was not in good condition and therefore my payment would be far less than quoted but this was not the case and I received the full amount that I had been quoted. I am happy with the result and payment was in my PayPal account very soon after I was told it would be there. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
