I must admit that I was always going to be a little apprehensive about sending high value electircal items to a third party in the hope they would provide cash in return and not try and lower the offer once received or worse still disappear with my item without making payment. I couldnt have been more wrong. What a simple, efficient and painless process this was. CIYG took my details via the website and immediately made me an offer I was more than happy with for my 5 year Dell laptop. Within minutes of accepting the offer I had confirmation that DPD would arrive the following day to collect the machine and sure enough they did and within the hour window they text me to say they would on the morning, so not waiting in all day for the courier! I then received regular email updates on the process cofirming the device was in transit with DPD, then it had been received and then that it would be inspected within 3 days. Sure enough, today was the third day today and I received confirmation that the process had completed and payment had been made to my Paypal account - which it had. Cant fault this at all, well done guys. My only advice is be honest about your device condition when submitting your offer, and read carefully in the T&Cs what CIYG class as "good condition" etc to avoid disappointment.
