Cashmere sweater looks good! It’s a Christmas gift for my daughter. I’m looking forward to her trying it on and hopefully will enjoy wearing it.
However I was disappointed because the clear bag that the sweater was in was torn; and the tissue paper wrapped in the folded sweater looked as tho it had been used before—all wrinkled.
Those are minor complaints, but I’d have felt better about your company if, for what I paid for the sweater, the wrapping looked new and not used.
