The cashmere shawl is very thin, expected it to cover and keep me cozy, not really that effective. I returned the dog pet sweater, it is a size too small. I wanted to Exchange, but your site only allowed Refund. Also, after spending over $300, to have to pay shipping to return pet sweater is tacky, especially when I really wanted an Exchange.
