Cashmere Boutique was very helpful in the purchasing process, answering questions i had. The color i wanted was not available but they said i should receive the robe by the fist of the year. Since i thought my wife would really like it, i agreed to continue the order with that understanding. Delightfully, it arrived before Christmas! Unfortunately, my wife wanted to return it and we received a full refund immediately upon their receipt of the return.
