Ordered a bathrobe three weeks before Xmas. A day after order was placed and paid for, I received notice that the item was not available/ in stock and wouldn't be until after Xmas. There was no effort or offer to cancel the order and refund the money so was left with no idea when my wife's present would come but it sure wasn't there for Xmas.
