I ordered a men's sportcoat in charcoal size 44. I received a call from them stating they did not have that color. I stated that I would wait until they did. If they don't expect to have it soon, they should refund my payment.
One week later they delivered the wrong color and size jacket (black size 40) to me. I had to pay to return it and it took them two weeks to refund the payment.
What's going on here?
