Purchased a full length overcoat ($1000+ AUD) and still have not received my item. Read some reviews saying others never received their delivery, so I immediately requested my shipping option be changed from First Class International to Priority International (with tracking). Cashmere Boutique never returned my email and sent my parcel without tracking. Now the delivery has exceeded the maximum estimate of 15 business days. Will be patient for longer but now I'm getting concerned that the reviews of people never receiving their order were true.
