Not an experienced online shopper, and with a fairly expensive item I was a little apprehensive since I couldn’t see it and touch it before buying it. But the blanket was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful, and perfect. It shipped on the very day requested, it looks stunning, and when I called for status reports on shipping etc, the clerks were nice and followed through with phone and email to make sure all was well. What I purchased was not cheap, but I wanted something wonderful and I know that what I bought is a very good price for the quality.
