The products are fine but... What a discombobulated ordering process - what I ordered was in stock. Then I was told it not in stock. Next I got a message saying you had changed the size of what I ordered, when I didn't request a size change. Then I cancelled part of the order because, reportedly, it wasn't going to be available on time - and promptly got a message telling me that an item similar to the one I had cancelled had been shipped?? What??? Who knew what was going to turn up and when? What arrived was acceptable. But your team needs a decent tracking system, and people who know how to use it. I wouldn't order from you again.
